Skilled Nurses

Skilled nurses assist the physician in planning and carrying out the home care program. Nurses assess the patient's physical and emotional status, monitor unstable and acute conditions, give treatments and injections, gather specimens for lab work at the physician's request, and teach the patient about his/her medical condition, diet, medicines, activities, exercises, and the use of special equipment.
